This piece is structurally sound. In Photos #4 & 5, you can see that the wood was chipped. It appears it was glued back on. The crack does NOT go all the way through. On the second shelf, there appears to be a water spot, as seen in Photo #7.

If you are local, feel free to stop by my storage unit and examine it in person. IF you want this delivered, you would have to work out all the details from your end. We won't be packing. We would be able to deliver it to a local shipper possibly.
