Aubusson is a classic French rug design that dates back centuries and was often made for royalty and aristocracy with its exquisite floral details around an oval central medallion.

This rug is extremely fine quality, with a soft wool that is dense, thick, and plush. It can withstand high traffic and will continue to last generations. A warm ecru is the color for the rug's open field, adorned with a delicate central medallion and a thick garland of flowers on the vine for an elegant border. These floral accents and the medallion are hand-knotted in the softest shades of salmon, taupe, copper, heather gray and mint green, with beautiful small flowers in sapphire, steel blue, silver and white, dusty rose and mauve, with teal and emerald green leaves.
